“In Between The Shadows” invites us to journey from a dystopian reality and to dream about what a utopia in which existing in our wholeness can look/feel like as queer folks. We hope this film reminds you that the body’s movement can be healing, the body’s movement can be political resistance and the body’s movement can be an act of liberation.’’

HEALING WITH NATURE

This project is about nature and its healing aspects around human life. Brian exports different approaches as to how nature helps the body heal both directly and indirectly.

We breathe in oxygen every day of our
lives never to think about it that trees
give it out for us while they take it in
carbon dioxide which is primarily bad
for us, They also help out on reducing
the greenhouse effect on the earth
what would we do without nature right?

In the early days of human life plants were the only resources of medicinal uses that would be needed for survival.

Different species of plants for different cures were discovered. ‘’Witch doctors’’ are the best representation of this whereby they only use natural extracts.
